it was slightly inconvenient not being able to fully open the sash windows in the bedroom.

I received an upgrade to a junior suite, it featured a comfortable bed, i found that the room was clean on arrival. breakfast service was friendly and efficient. The team were very attentive. i also found the location to be perfect for exploring nearby attractions. It saved me travel time.
I did find that the bathroom blind was broken. I could not raise it . i reported this issue on departure.
