the junior suite was spacious and had a separate seating area. i liked that the breakfast included both a buffet and cooked-to-order options. the hotel has its own parking, a big plus in that area!
the bathroom lighting was a little dim for applying makeup, though the shower was great.

i spent five nights at this gorgeous hotel. my beautiful double room featured an enormous, comfortable bed. the hotel's location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions. the staff were really attentive, ensuring a warm welcome.
the absence of a mini bar in the room was like a definite oversight.

The hotel is situated very close to the high street, providing easy access to many shops and amenities. This made exploring convenient. the railway station is also just a short distance away. designated parking spaces are available with a reservation.

convenient location really good service great attention
the location was very convenient, near shops. ella provided really good service during our dinner. i also appreciated the attention to detail i saw in the room.
it was slightly inconvenient not being able to fully open the sash windows in the bedroom.

clear marking room upgrade courtyard service
The pre-booked parking space had clear markings. I received an unexpected room upgrade because of my anniversary. Staff provided blankets and cushions when I sat in the courtyard during the evening.
I noticed constant fan noise behind the bedroom wall.

comfortable bed clean room efficient team
I received an upgrade to a junior suite, it featured a comfortable bed, i found that the room was clean on arrival. breakfast service was friendly and efficient. The team were very attentive. i also found the location to be perfect for exploring nearby attractions. It saved me travel time.
I did find that the bathroom blind was broken. I could not raise it . i reported this issue on departure.

My room included a bath and a shower. Toiletries were provided and were replenished daily. the bed had high-quality linens ensuring a comfortable sleep. i had a tv with several channels.
